Homemade Vegan Millet Patties
A simple recipe for healthy millet patties, perfect as a veggie burger alternative.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Simmer millet in water, covered, for 45 minutes until cooked through.

In a skillet, heat oil over medium; cook onions and garlic until soft.

Turn off heat, then stir in cooked millet, tahini or peanut butter, soy sauce, and salt until well combined.

Form the mixture into six 1-inch thick patties.

Place patties on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes, until firm and lightly browned.

Serve on a bun with toppings.
