Homemade Vegan Margarine
A homemade vegan margarine combines various oils, coconut milk, and flavorings to create a dairy-free, easy-to-make spread.

Prepare an ice water bath by filling a heatproof dish with cold water and ice.

In a double boiler over medium heat, combine coconut oil, sunflower oil, and canola oil until the coconut oil liquefies.

Add remaining ingredients and stir for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the mixture reaches 120 F to 130 F.

Transfer the mixture to the ice water bath and stir until it firms up.

Move the firm margarine to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
