Homemade Stuffing Mix (Stove Top Dressing) Recipe

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Spread bread on two baking sheets and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until dry and crumbly.

In a large bowl, combine the dried bread with parsley, minced onion, celery flakes, thyme, pepper, sage, and marjoram.

To prepare, bring 1 1/4 cups water or broth and 3 tablespoons butter to a boil.

Stir in 3 cups of the stuffing mix, remove from heat, cover, and let stand 5 minutes.

Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
