Homemade Steak Sauce

A simple steak sauce features a blend of ketchup, Worcestershire, soy sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and lemon juice.

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook onions for 3-4 minutes until translucent, then add smashed garlic and sauté for 15 seconds.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients to the skillet. Simmer uncovered over low heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.

  3. Remove from heat, cool completely, and strain to remove onion and garlic.

  4. Serve with any beef steak.
