Instructions

  3. Slowly drizzle olive oil into the eggs, keeping the blender immersed until the mixture thickens at the bottom.

  4. Lift the blender to incorporate the remaining oil into the thickened mixture.

  5. Add salt and lemon juice to taste, then continue blending briefly.
