Homemade Slow Cooker Potato Soup

An easily prepared slow cooker potato soup combines potatoes, celery, carrots, and milk for a tender, comforting meal.

Instructions

  1. Combine cubed potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, chicken bouillon, parsley, and water in a slow cooker.

  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours until the vegetables are tender.

  3. Thirty minutes before serving, stir in butter and evaporated milk, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Garnish individual servings with fresh parsley or green onion tops and serve with crackers or croutons.
