Homemade Slow Cooker Potato Soup
An easily prepared slow cooker potato soup combines potatoes, celery, carrots, and milk for a tender, comforting meal.

Combine cubed potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, chicken bouillon, parsley, and water in a slow cooker.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours until the vegetables are tender.

Thirty minutes before serving, stir in butter and evaporated milk, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
