In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 room temperature eggs, 1/3 cup lukewarm water, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Add 2 cups all-purpose flour and mix until moistened, then knead the dough until firm and well combined.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes to 1 hour, or wrap and refrigerate for up to three days, ensuring it returns to room temperature before use.
