Homemade Pan Pizza Dough

Instructions

Combine water, yeast, and salt in a large bowl, stirring until dissolved.

Stir in olive oil, then mix in flour.

Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes.

Grease a medium bowl, place dough inside, and flip to coat.

Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 2 hours, or until doubled.

Punch down dough, transfer to a lightly floured surface, and knead out air bubbles.

Preheat oven to 450°F and grease a large skillet or baking pan with olive oil.

Press dough into the greased pan, extending it slightly up the sides.
