Instructions

  1. Combine 2 cups orange juice, 1 tablespoon orange zest, and 2/3 cup sugar in a bowl until the sugar dissolves.

  2. In a separate bowl, whip 1/2 cup heavy cream with 1/3 cup sugar until thick and soft peaks form.

  3. Stir 1/2 cup milk into the orange mixture.

  4. Fold the whipped cream into the orange mixture.
