Homemade Gummy Bears

Instructions

  1. Lightly coat the bear cavities of your mold with nonstick spray.

  2. In a bowl, combine 3 ounces flavored gelatin, 1 (1/4-ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin, and 1/3 cup cold water; whisk, then let sit for 10 minutes to soften.

  3. Microwave the gelatin mixture for 30 seconds, whisk, then microwave for another 30 seconds; stir until fully dissolved. If needed, microwave for an additional 10-15 seconds. Pour into a spouted measuring cup.

  4. Pour or use a dropper to fill the mold cavities with the gelatin mixture.

  5. Refrigerate the mold for approximately 20 minutes to set the gelatin.

  6. Gently push the sides of each bear cavity and pull to remove the set gummies. Repeat for other desired flavors.
