Homemade Crock Pot Barbecue Meatballs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Line two baking sheets with foil and nonstick spray.

  3. Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion soup mix, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, and eggs in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

  4. Form 3/4-inch meatballs and bake for 20 minutes.

  5. Transfer the baked meatballs to a slow cooker.

  6. In a separate bowl, stir together ketchup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, molasses, celery salt, dry mustard, paprika, and pepper.

  7. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the slow cooker.

  8. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, or until hot.
