Homemade Corned Beef Hash

Instructions

  1. Start boiling salted water; simmer potatoes for 15 minutes, then cool them.

  2. Chop cooled potatoes to match the corned beef size, then combine with corned beef, onion, and garlic in a bowl.

  3. Season the mixture with paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.

  4. Press the hash onto a lightly oiled griddle or skillet, cooking over medium-low heat for 15 minutes until the bottom is browned.

  5. Flip the hash and cook for another 15 minutes until the second side is nicely browned.

  6. Serve immediately, optionally with eggs.
