Instructions

  1. Process cashews in a blender until they form a fine, powdery meal.

  2. Add oil, fresh juice, and salt, then blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

  3. Scrape down the blender sides and blend for another 30 seconds.

  4. Taste and adjust flavor with agave nectar, oil, or salt as desired.

  5. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.
