Holiday Punch
A jewel-toned punch combines Lambrusco, Byrrh, and orange liqueur with a spiced rosemary simple syrup for a beautiful, complex flavor.

Instructions

Combine water, brown sugar, rosemary, cardamom, star anise, cinnamon, and orange zest in a saucepan.

Heat over medium-low, whisking until sugar dissolves, then simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat and cool completely, allowing the ingredients to steep.

Chill the simple syrup in an airtight container; remove rosemary, spices, and zest before use.

Combine chilled Lambrusco, Byrrh, orange liqueur, simple syrup, club soda, and cinnamon in a punch bowl.

Garnish with an ice mold or ice shards and serve immediately.
