Instructions

Combine chopped onion, tomatoes, green onions, green pepper, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and Sazón Goya (or preferred seasoning) in a large skillet.

Cook over medium heat, stirring often, for 10 minutes until the vegetables soften and become fragrant.

Stir in cilantro and continue cooking for 5 minutes until the mixture is very soft and well combined.
