Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F.

  2. Prepare 1 tablespoon of fresh herbs, ensuring rosemary leaves are stem-free and sage is chopped.

  3. Wash and pat dry the potatoes, then slice them as desired or leave them whole.

  4. Place potatoes in a mixing bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat.
