Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill for high heat.

  2. Microwave olive oil and garlic in a covered bowl for 50-60 seconds, then cool; stir in rosemary, thyme, and marjoram and let sit for 5 minutes.

  3. Place beef tenderloin in a shallow dish, pour the herb mixture over to coat evenly, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
