Herb Compound Butter for Turkey

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until thoroughly blended.

  2. Gently separate the turkey breast skin from the meat, working from the cavity to the neck and wing joints on both sides, keeping it attached at the breastbone.

  3. Divide the butter, place it under the separated skin on each breast, and massage it to spread.

  4. Discard any contaminated butter, then proceed to roast the turkey as desired.
