Herb Broiled Chicken Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler.

  2. Brush chicken halves with melted butter, then rub with fresh herbs, salt, and pepper on all sides.

  3. Broil chicken halves, skin-side down, 8 inches from the heat for 30 minutes or until browned.

  4. Flip chicken, then broil for another 20 minutes until skin is browned and chicken is cooked through.

  5. Remove chicken from heat, cover with foil, and let rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
