Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F and grease a shallow baking dish.

  2. Arrange fish fillets in the prepared dish.

  3. Sauté onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons butter until tender, then stir in thyme and tarragon for one minute.

  4. Spread the herb-butter mixture over the fish fillets.

  5. Combine crushed corn flakes, melted butter, and parsley in a small bowl.

  6. Top the fish with the seasoned cornflake crumbs, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.

  8. Serve the fish with lemon wedges.
