Hearty Hamburger and Potato Casserole

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F and spray a 9x13 inch baking pan.

  2. Combine ground beef, onion, half the bell peppers, canned tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, and kosher salt.

  3. Press the beef mixture into the prepared pan.

  4. Layer sliced potatoes over the beef, then sprinkle with flour.

  5. Add corn, lima beans, and the remaining bell peppers on top of the potatoes.

  6. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 1 hour.

  7. Remove foil, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for another 15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and cheese is golden.
