Hearty Chili Beef Soup
A straightforward chili beef soup features ground beef, green chiles, onions, tomatoes, and beans.

Dice onion and bell pepper; mince garlic.

Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Brown ground beef with onion for 5 minutes until no longer pink.

Stir in bell pepper, garlic, flour, chili powder, and cumin; cook for 1 minute.

Add chile peppers, tomatoes, and beef stock; bring to a boil.

Stir in beans, season with salt and pepper, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
