Healthier Empanada Dough - Masa Para Empanadas Light

Instructions

  1. Combine flour and 1 teaspoon salt in a large bowl.

  2. Incorporate yogurt and melted butter into the flour mixture, then gradually add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dough forms.

  3. Knead the dough briefly until smooth, adjusting with more water if dry or more flour if sticky, and optionally add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon more salt.

  4. Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least one hour, or overnight.
