Ham and Swiss Cheese Quiche

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.

  2. Line a pie plate with pastry.

  3. Sprinkle cheese, ham, and optional green onions into the pie shell.

  4. Whisk eggs, cream, milk, salt, pepper, cayenne, and dry mustard in a bowl until combined.

  5. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese in the pie crust.

  6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

  7. Cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
