Ham and Rice Casserole

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F and spray a 1 1/2 to 2-quart baking dish.

  2. Combine rice, ham, vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese in a large bowl.

  3. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter until coated.

  4. Spoon the rice and ham mixture into the prepared dish, spread evenly, and top with buttered breadcrumbs.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly, optionally broil for 2-3 minutes for a crispier topping.
