Instructions

Using a fork, continuously move cooked egg from the pan's bottom, allowing uncooked liquid egg to flow into its place until most of the egg sets.

Immediately sprinkle cheese, salt, and pepper; stop stirring.

Let the omelet sit for about one minute.

Carefully fold one-third of the omelet over itself.

Roll the omelet from the skillet onto a warmed plate and serve immediately.
