Halloween Lychee Eyeballs Recipe
A quick and easy three-ingredient lychee eyeball garnish adds a creepy touch to Halloween cocktails.

Strain and rinse lychees, then let them dry for 30 minutes.

Rinse blueberries and select those that fit into the lychee's opening.

Carefully fill the hollow lychee with preserves, then gently insert a blueberry into the opening, allowing preserves to ooze out.

Using a toothpick, spread the oozing preserves over the lychee to create a veined eyeball appearance, adjusting as desired.

Insert a cocktail skewer into the back of each finished lychee eyeball.

Garnish drinks by resting the skewer on the glass rim.
