Halloween Ghost Strawberries
A simple Halloween dessert transforms white chocolate-covered strawberries into delightful ghost figures.

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.

Wash and thoroughly dry strawberries.

Melt white chocolate in the microwave until smooth; add vegetable shortening if needed for consistency.

Dip strawberries into the melted white chocolate, allow excess to drip, and place them on the lined baking sheet.

Refrigerate for 15 minutes until the white chocolate is set.

Melt semisweet chocolate and transfer it to a piping bag with a small hole.

Draw ghost faces (eyes and mouths) on the set white chocolate strawberries using the semisweet chocolate.

Let the chocolate set completely before serving.
