Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  2. Coat the halibut with olive oil, then rub with salt and black pepper.

  3. Place the seasoned fish on a cedar plank, put it on the grill, and close the lid.

  4. Grill for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 F to 150 F (60 C to 50 C).

  5. Remove the fish from the grill and serve topped with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil, chopped chives, and chopped tomatoes.
