Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick foil.

  2. Whisk flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a medium bowl.

  3. Melt butter, bittersweet chocolate, and white chocolate chips in a double-boiler, stirring constantly; remove from heat.

  4. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar on high speed for 3 minutes until light and fluffy.

  5. Beat the melted chocolate mixture into the egg and sugar mixture until combined.

  6. Beat the dry ingredient mixture into the chocolate mixture, then whisk in the Guinness Stout.

  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and drop semisweet chocolate chips on top.

  8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  9. Cool brownies to room temperature.
