Guava Pie Recipe
An easy guava pie features a two-crust pastry and a sweet fruit filling.

Preheat the oven to 450 F.

Combine flour, sugar, and salt.

Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry, then fill with mounded sliced guava.

Evenly sprinkle the flour mixture over the guava, then add lemon juice and dot with butter.

Cover with the top pastry, flute the edge, and cut vents into the top crust.

Bake for 10 minutes at 450 F, then reduce oven temperature to 350 F and continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes.
