Grilled Yogurt Marinated Pork Kebab Recipe

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine yogurt with onion, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, salt, cumin, coriander, and black pepper.

  2. Place pork pieces in a resealable bag, pour the marinade over, seal, and refrigerate for 4 to 12 hours.

  3. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  4. Thread the marinated pork pieces onto skewers.

  5. Grill for 25 to 30 minutes, turning often, until pork reaches an internal temperature of 140 F/60 C.

  6. Remove from heat, cover, and rest for 10 minutes before serving.
