Grilled Treviso Recipe

Instructions

Preheat a grill to medium heat (350-375°F).

Trim the treviso stem, then cut the treviso in half lengthwise and brush with oil.

Place treviso cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes until browned.

Flip, season with salt, and grill for another 4 minutes until browned and wilted.

Remove from grill, transfer to a platter, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
