Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 350 F).

  2. Cut chicken wings into drumettes and wingettes.

  3. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl.

  4. Marinate wings in a sealed bag with most of the marinade, reserving 1/4 cup, for 4 to 6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

  5. Grill wings, basting with reserved marinade, for 20 minutes per side, or until 165 F internal temperature is reached and juices run clear.

  6. Discard unused marinade.

  7. Garnish with chopped scallion greens and serve.
