Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. Place swordfish steaks in a shallow dish, coat with juice from half a lemon, and marinate for 30 minutes.

  3. Brush both sides of the swordfish with olive oil, then season one side of each steak with 1/2 teaspoon Herbes de Provence and a pinch of salt.

  4. Grill steaks for approximately 5 minutes until the edges are beige halfway up. Flip and grill for an additional 5 minutes, ensuring the center is no longer pink but remains juicy.

  5. Squeeze the remaining lemon half over the cooked steaks and serve immediately.
