Toss 1 head of cauliflower florets with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons kosher salt, and 1 teaspoon chili powder in a large bowl.

Grill the cauliflower for 10 minutes with the lid closed.

Flip the florets and cook for another 10-15 minutes until evenly browned.
