Grilled Soft-Shell Crabs Recipe

Instructions

Preheat a grill to medium-hot (approximately 3 to 4 seconds hand-test).

Rinse crabs under cool water.

Pat crabs dry, then liberally brush with melted butter or oil and place on the hot grill.

Cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until lightly browned on one side.

Flip, brush with additional butter, and cook the second side for a total of approximately 10 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.

Remove from grill with tongs.
