Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill to medium-hot (approximately 3 to 4 seconds hand-test).

  2. Rinse crabs under cool water.

  3. Pat crabs dry, then liberally brush with melted butter or oil and place on the hot grill.

  4. Cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until lightly browned on one side.

  5. Flip, brush with additional butter, and cook the second side for a total of approximately 10 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.

  6. Remove from grill with tongs.
