Instructions

  1. Shell and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact, then rinse under cold water.

  2. In a container, combine garlic, salt, lime juice, and olive oil. Add shrimp and stir to coat. Refrigerate for 2 hours, turning occasionally.

  3. Prepare a medium grill (350-375 F). Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.

  4. Grill shrimp for about 4 minutes, turning frequently, until opaque and pink.

  5. Concurrently, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, garlic, and salt; heat for 1 minute.

  6. Serve the sauce with the grilled shrimp and lemon wedges.
