Instructions

  1. Combine garlic powder, paprika, Sriracha, salt, pepper, lime juice, and olive oil in a bowl; toss with shrimp until fully coated.

  2. Heat a grill or large saute pan to high; cook shrimp for about 2 minutes per side until cooked through.

  3. Blend mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic, Sriracha, and lime juice until smooth; adjust seasoning to taste.

  4. Toss the blended dressing with coleslaw in a large bowl until well coated; refrigerate if not serving immediately.
