Grilled Sea Bass With Garlic Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small saucepan, combine 3 tablespoons butter, the juice of 1 lemon, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley over medium-low heat; cook until butter melts, then set aside.

  3. Mix 1/4 teaspoon each of garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and sea salt in a small bowl.

  4. Season 2 pounds of sea bass fillets on both sides with the spice mixture.

  5. Clean and oil the grill grates using tongs, paper towels, and high smoke point oil to prevent sticking.

  6. Grill the fish for 5 to 7 minutes per side, basting with the prepared butter sauce after flipping.

  7. Remove the fish from the grill once it reaches an internal temperature of at least 145 F, then drizzle with 1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil.
