Instructions

Preheat a grill to medium and lightly oil the grates.

In a bowl, combine lemon zest, lemon juice, vegetable oil, dill, and garlic; whisk thoroughly.

Place salmon in a shallow dish, pour the marinade over it, cover, and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

Remove salmon from the dish, reserving the marinade, and place the fish on the grill.

Bring the reserved marinade to a boil in a saucepan, then remove it from heat.

Grill salmon for approximately 4 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily, basting with the boiled marinade.
