Instructions

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients.

  2. Coat quails in marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 3 to 5 hours.

  3. Allow quails to reach room temperature for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Preheat the grill to high heat.

  5. Grill marinated quails, skin-side down, for 6 to 7 minutes; flip and cook for an additional 7 to 9 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.

  6. Remove quails from the grill and serve.
