Instructions

  1. Combine thyme, marjoram, salt, pepper, minced garlic, maple syrup, chicken broth, lemon juice, and melted butter in a large zip-close bag.

  2. Add pork slices, coat thoroughly, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

  3. Remove pork from marinade and discard marinade.

  4. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  5. Grill pork slices for 3-5 minutes on a dual-contact grill until 145°F, or 6-9 minutes on a single grill, turning once.

  6. Optionally brush with maple syrup, then let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
