Grilled Pork Souvlaki

Instructions

  1. Whisk marinade ingredients in a large nonreactive bowl, add pork cubes, cover, and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

  2. Soak wooden skewers in water while the pork marinates.

  3. Heat the grill to medium-high.

  4. Thread 6 to 7 pork pieces onto each skewer and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through, then squeeze fresh lemon juice over them before serving.
