Grilled Pork Souvlaki

Whisk marinade ingredients in a large nonreactive bowl, add pork cubes, cover, and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

Soak wooden skewers in water while the pork marinates.

Heat the grill to medium-high.

Thread 6 to 7 pork pieces onto each skewer and season with salt and pepper.

Grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through, then squeeze fresh lemon juice over them before serving.
