Grilled Pork Chops With Balsamic Marinade

Instructions

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.

  2. Blend balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, black pepper, garlic, rosemary, and green onions until smooth.

  3. Place pork chops in a container with the marinade, coat thoroughly, and refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours.

  4. Remove pork from marinade and discard the used marinade.

  5. Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 375 F).

  6. Grill pork chops over direct heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side to sear, then move to indirect heat and continue grilling for about 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 145 F.
