Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to 350-375°F and lightly oil the grate.

  2. Combine honey, optional rum, lime juice, and rosemary in a bowl; stir and let infuse for 1-2 hours at room temperature or overnight refrigerated.

  3. Remove pineapple top, bottom, and skin, then quarter it.

  4. Core the pineapple and slice each quarter lengthwise into three large wedges.

  5. Brush pineapple wedges with the prepared glaze.

  6. Grill pineapple over indirect heat for 5-7 minutes per side, brushing occasionally with more glaze, until golden and tender.

  7. Remove from grill and cool slightly before serving.
