Instructions

  2. In a bowl, toss potatoes with melted butter, garlic, 3 tablespoons Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  3. Divide seasoned potatoes among the foil sheets, seal them into packets, and place on the grill, sealed-side up.
