Instructions

  1. Prepare a medium-high grill (400-4750F).

  2. Brush cleaned cactus leaves liberally with oil.

  3. Grill nopales on one side for about 4 minutes until marked and wilted.

  4. Flip and grill for another 4 minutes until marked on the second side and tender.

  5. Remove from grill, season with salt, and serve hot.
