Grilled Mediterranean-Spiced Lamb Chops
Succulent grilled lamb chops are achieved with a Mediterranean herb rub that marinates for several hours before cooking.

Instructions

In a large baking dish, combine all ingredients except the lamb chops and salt.

Rub the mixture onto both sides of the lamb chops, then cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, turning halfway through.

Preheat a grill, grill pan, or broiler.

Remove chops from the rub, salt generously on both sides, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Let the cooked lamb chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
