Grilled Mediterranean-Spiced Lamb Chops

Instructions

  1. In a large baking dish, combine all ingredients except the lamb chops and salt.

  2. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the lamb chops, then cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, turning halfway through.

  3. Preheat a grill, grill pan, or broiler.

  4. Remove chops from the rub, salt generously on both sides, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side for medium-rare.

  5. Let the cooked lamb chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
