Grilled Meatloaf Recipe

A well-seasoned grilled meatloaf is finished with a simple barbecue sauce glaze.

Instructions

  1. Preheat a gas or charcoal grill for indirect medium heat (350 F to 375 F).

  2. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine ground beef, pork, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, egg, breadcrumbs, onions, salt, and pepper.

  3. Shape the mixture into a meatloaf on a double sheet of heavy-duty foil, folding up the edges, or use an aluminum loaf pan.

  4. Brush with barbecue sauce, then place the meatloaf on the grill.

  5. Grill over indirect heat until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of at least 160 F.
